Cantine Posta Pastorella
The Posta Pastorella Agritourism covers about twelve hectares of private and fully fenced property.
The vineyard, adjacent to the pool, covers about three hectares within the property and respects the dictates of organic farming. The harvest is done by hand and vinification follows the traditional method, leaving the wines to age winery, five meters below ground and at controlled temperature and humidity throughout the year.
Today the company is also renowned for its extra virgin olive oil.
The approximately seven hectares of olive grove, also strictly organic, are dedicated to the breeding of the local Ogliarola Garganica cultivar. The EVO is obtained by cold extraction by means of stone millstones, presses at high temperatures and final separation with a low-speed centrifuge in order to check its temperature.
The company products are available for tastings directly in the winery, open to the public every day from 17:00 to 20:00.
